值得花6000多把ceramic tile 换成porcelain tile吗？

准备买一个新的小房子，一楼builder's standard 是12x12 ceramic tile. 多加6000多块钱可以换成24x24 porcelain tile，大家觉得有必要换吗？谢谢

一楼大概也就500sqft. 房子准备出租
