Prices are starting to come down a bit. I see a lot of properties are lowering their prices. SVB is just the beginning- the government is going to try its best to prevent more and for it to hit the news. Lots of commercial mortgages are not getting repaid. Lots of foreclosures are being withheld from the market, but that can only last for so long. Current administration is doing its best to give the perception that things are ok. People are upside down on their homes, they are using their credit cards to pay for food, interest rates are going up, some people say it's going to be a hard landing recession, I'm seeing a crash.
