请教出租房卖后的交税，先谢谢了！

我在2022年的四月把出租房卖了，卖了23万。买价是18万，在2008年9月开始出租，没有间断过。Turbotax给出的Prior Depreciation 是$88600。今天使用Turbtax报税，要交$27000+的联邦税。大家帮我看看，这么高的税，可能吗？
