当时我在法庭上，考虑他说的情况和法官的态度，同意他两个月内补齐房租，今天我估计他的退税应该到帐了，所以我今天早上就发了一条短信，

下一分钟，他就发来cash app付款2500的截图

我当下回了以下短信，

Thanks for the payment. You may be aware that it is march now and you still need to play a little catch up

这是他的回答，

They took half my income tax. I know I'm still a little behind. I started working again so I can make some up in a week or two.

不管如何，以我对此人的了解，我估计他会接着付的。所以我喜欢与熟悉人打交道，如同下棋，你每走一步都对对方下一步有个大致的判断。另外我从讨债公司那里学到，要保持压力。
