可以租给Secton8 的人吗

我们的房子在圣地亚哥，有好几个S8的人来要租，今天来的一个女人带3个上高中的女儿，她的Income ￥2100，房租是￥4500，我不知道她们怎么付租，她们很喜欢我们的房子，因为刚刚全部装修了。她说她有ChildSupport,请问有经验的朋友们，可以租吗？谢谢？
