你是说HUD会让他们不能挣多于25%的profit，

这25% profit是怎么算的呢？万一我的offer出高了话，HUD会让他们把多得的钱吐出来吗？会还给我吗？我是否能找出来他们是花多少钱买的这个property吗？county tax record上现在还没有，至少网上还没有。
