外面的sump pump 问题，有图片，帮着看看这样解决行不行？

sump pump 在 e-gress window 外面， 冬天非常冷，把check valve 给损坏。现在看来， check valve 肯定是需要的。

对了, sump pump 经常跳闸 不知道怎么回事？

不知道这样解决可以不可以

1） electric heater coil 冬天

2） 冬天， egress window 用insulation 盖住
