筛选租客的标准（欢迎补充）

1 有驱逐历史的不租。
2 信用不够不租，
3 收入不够不租。
4 老搬家的不租。
5 老换工作的不租。
6 马上要入住的不足。
7 不会邮件，电话，短信的不租
8 不守时，守信的不足。

例外的情况就是老莫。我的老莫租客我都没查收入，没查背景，收两个月押金，直接入住。几乎都是按时付租，是最好的租客，没有之一。
