请教， section 8 申请人只被批准了$1200, 我的租金是$1350

我可以降到$1280, 申请人说她可以付余下的。但我知道合同必须是$1200,并且我是不被允许额外收租金的。有没有别的办法成交呢，比如修改 paper package 上面的有些要求，比如租客自己承担一半的HOA, 或者水费之类？
