房市春天开始了

估计大家都意识到FED去年加息过了头， 
现在大家又开始积极的买房了。 我LG现在在山里滑雪。
我要带着老美客户看房。我平时闲着， 这时候也算为社会做贡献吧！

上周我schedule 了几个appointment, 有一个是开到开到地址后发现房子已经PENDING了， 

Listing agent都没时间取消the appointment. Hope that we will not run into the situation today!
