房客搬出去了，不肯再付房租。怎么report to credit bureau 呢?

我以前上用催债公司，现在找不到任何催债公司了，都倒闭了。

我们这里冬天不可能找到房客; 夏天之前要空关很长时间。很不爽， 想给他的信用留一笔。
