We provide lovely, spotless short-term accommodations for business travelers and vacationing families. These rental properties are listed on several advertising platforms. Any unoccupied property you have can be filled by us, and we'll pay you rent each month while keeping it up to the greatest standards. Each visitor is screened, and the space will be properly cleaned several times every month. You wouldn't have to be concerned about rental turnover as we'll stay for however long things work out for the two of us. Additionally, we have our own insurance. I'd like to also ask if there an HOA at this property to make sure the bylaws wouldn't prevent us from moving forward? In essence, what I am looking for is to have a master lease with you for 12 to 18 months. Pay as frequently as you would have. I would have the ability to sublet the property. Not too many variations. Although our business model has these high expectations, your property will be maintained and professionally cleaned considerably more frequently and kept as new.
