小白想买multifamily

以前都是一直投SFH，最近在考虑和开始学习投多家庭，正好看上一个8 unit的。

买multifamily怎么找buyer agnet呢？

现在只懂得一些概念，不知道怎么和对方说行话。刚开始应该管seller要些什么资料呢？比如balance sheet？
