110 v 的电水壶可以用在220v 的电出口上吗？

请教对电比较熟悉的人，110v的电水壶可以用在220v的outlet上吗？

我想买一个可以用在220v上的电水壶，在Temu上买了一个，发现product specification 上写明了是110v， 600瓦。 如果把110v 的电水壶接在220v的出口会有什么安全隐患， 比如失火之类？谢谢！
