请教柠檬LLC branch

我想买的房子是个LLC的，好奇查一下，这个LLC有个Delaware的，然后好多热门州都有branch。

这个LLC生意只能在一个州吗？还是他们就是想独立核算或者风险绝缘？ 如果是branch那么会不会击穿呢？

我们小打小闹就是买个伞险…
