谢谢！我选的是“rental real estate property",不对么？

我查了买的那年，refi，和去年，都有折旧。也让我填了买价地价这些数字，可最后就是没有折旧这一项显示出来。

我琢磨可能是因为选了QBI safe harbor，在rental income那部分有略多于20%的抵免。那么不再适用于investment property.

不知我的想法对不对。
