借地问一下，做living trust,把房产放进去，是不是所有房产的title 都得转成是这个living

trust?

什么都没弄的（没will 没信托的），家庭关系简单，孩子成年，不小心嗝屁的，继承真会那么狗血花钱吗？（政府收3%）
