一般来说，单人LLC是pass thru 两人的需要报1065，但是有CPA认为夫妻两人llc也可以pass thru.

I usually recommending file 1065 for each LLC, even if it's only husband and wife, the benefit is layered expenses, makes your 1040 less complicated, this may help reduce possible IRS audits
