再出1/4的SPY @ 405.97

我SPY是大仓，在357左右开始建，最低349，最高387，现在出了一半左右.

TQQQ我在18左右开始建了小仓，最低14.9，最高21，还在hold.

昨天递了一个offer，41门的，9万5一个门，其实这个价钱是不赚钱的，只有cap5.5，而银行利息是6.5%，但是我附近有两个 complexes共 68个门，而这个小城很少有complex拿出来卖， operations一起管，可能会 break even in short term,等租涨上去才能赚个蚊子肉.
