我想了半天，我觉得你没有好的选择。

可能没办法只好告诉大楼你不管了，把他们电话block。以后告你你就去法庭哭诉，求法官谅解。

因为我觉得你没有能力管这个房客的事情。我打了很多字最后都删了，怕你做不来。
