头疼- 要不要花1500多开一个HELOC呢？

大家新春快乐！

我在办自住房的HELOC但是要1500左右的closing costs（包括appraisal自付等），利息6%，大概能贷出10万。这个办下来后最近如果要买房子的话能方便一些。但是因为这个手续费，以及我可能打算2年后卖掉房子搬家，这样是不是HELOC就不合算了？

我想更好的方式是用投资房开HELOC。但是我查了之前论坛上大家提到的Bank of west, wells fargo，east west bank,, Panfed, TD bank, 5th third bank, 都写着不能给rental property做heloc，向南加的地主请教，哪个银行有可能做投资房的heloc呢？
