请问旧金山Potrero Hill 这个区怎样？ 是不是非得坐muni bus 去BART or Caltrain?谢谢

 

坐Muni bus 是不是不好的人比较多？ 这个区的北边Design district  ( a lot of homeless , soul ?) ,东边与mission bay 和 Dogpatch 区相连，西边mission district （似乎很差？）。  这里购房居住是不是不合适？

不在high tech 工作，不会有车。如果用scooter 去附近的BART 是不是不安全？
