租客听到阁楼上有动物爬动声音，

喷虫公司人来看了，说阁楼上有老鼠痕迹，建议换掉insulation, 堵住所有可见的缝隙漏洞，收费$3500。请问有没有便宜一点的解决方法？需要放老鼠trap吗？谢谢大家。
