那个interest rate 和 price/$100 的解读：

我以为是利息越高，price/$100 越低。但我看到已经发行的， 比如

52-week issued on 12/29/2022, interest rate is 4.741% and price/$100 is 95.434833

26-week issued on 12/15/2022, interest rate is 4.807% and price/$100 is 97.659278.

earned interested is ($100-price/$100)* XX

我的理解对吗？ 可好像不一致。谢谢
