这个租客男朋友已经开始工作了，但是这个女租客还没有。下面是我发给这个租客的短信：Thank you for your reply. I am glad that at least he started working and have a normal life. I hope you start working and have a normal life, too. FYI I talked with Ms. Donna regarding the job we discussed and told her you did not have wifi. She told me the company will provide 40 dollars per month to cover wifi expense and for bilingual person the starting rate is higher, little more than 17 dollars per hour. It is not my business to ask you to work but it is my business to collect rent. Your life is your decision and I do not want to get involved but if rent is not paid, I will take back my property. I hope you won't get mad at me for saying this and understand it is not personal, it is part of my business.

我想冬天换人费用比较高，还是想办法榨油吧。成本主要是时间和琢磨语言技巧的精力。
