请教电热水器问题

是这个Rheem 牌子，50 加仑。不知道哪年装的，但这类型号机器是2015年底才生产的，所以最早算他2016年初才装，那也不过8年。现在的问题是热水有时候不很热，而且热水常常很快就用完了。请问会是什么问题？可以修理吗？谢谢。
