本地section 8价格

有个新建房，因为一再降价也租不出去，就考虑section8.

去housing authority办公室，表明来意后，工作人员热情的从座位上跳下来，说本地很多section 8家庭找不到房子，欢迎房东来加入这个项目。

给我看的文件上，4b房子的租金定在了$2388。

市场价我可是以$1800挂了七十天愣没租出去。

果断交表格参加。

放在gosection8一个小时就有两份申请了。之后筛选房客。
