有人做过这种trenchless pipe的技术吗？第一个水管公司给我报价15K！！说有60-70feet要挖， PV等

我问你们没有机器挖吗，他避重就轻地说，机器也开不进来，开进来了院子也小。我是多大的机器，他说拖拉机那样吧。这人是不是在糊弄我？
