鼠患怎么处理

三楼和一楼的租户都说闹鼠患。我请了pest control 好几次，放trap，堵洞。

可是还是有。昨天，租户发来一个video有东西在ceiling里，往下挠。ceiling上有个小洞，什么东西挥之欲出。

这么严重的鼠患，怎么处理呢？
