请教一下关于一个房客候选人有一个 housing court record

这个候选人说是因为： temporarily moved in to public housing. But the landlord still went to court for possession of the unit because it took time to get my belongings out.

这个人的信用分也不高，三个孩子，单身有色母亲，但孩子都长大成人了，所以只是她一个人。工资收入不错，和房租比例应该是1/4. 刚换了工作来本地。willow上有显示新工作的录取信，和以前的工资单。看房子的时候感觉这个人相对成熟可信。

我这区也不是好区，所以还是倾向于接受这个人。唯一不踏实的地方就是这个housing court record.
