求助：家中电压不稳，电路问题？

家里最近电压不稳，灯光经常忽明忽暗，以为跟附近路段频繁施工有关，问了邻居家没事。感觉还是自己家电路的问题，比如一个电器启动会对其他电器造成很大影响，sink下面的disposer打开一下等都变得很暗，另外有个十几年的冰箱，启动起来电机声时大时小的，不知有没有关系。以前没这问题啊。请问这个可能是什么情况，如何检查？
