热水器也爆了，天花板也掉了下来

water heater安装在车库上面，连接water heater的一个水管爆了，车库的大部分天花板都掉了下来。

这个房子的租客刚搬走，房子空着，晚上收到邻居的电话说水流的到处都是。打电话给一个维修师傅，报价说至少2500。约了明早另外一家去看再给报价。我的保险deductible是2500。这种情况是不是就不用claim保险了？等保险修一般都要很长时间吗？
