请教一个问题，天突然太冷，没水了。估计是水管冻结

也找不到哪里冻结，但可知的情况是hot water heater 是后院的一个storage里，没有AC。看了一下heater周围的水管，都看不到冰，不过水管都很冷。我放了一个portable heater在storage 里面，期望温度升高后水管会慢慢加温，冻结地方自动解冻。这个简单方法可行吗？
