再次分享针对有W2的 part time 地主的投资房产经验

投资房产经验, 针对有W2的 part time 地主：

1. 不timing market, 定投 （有钱就买）， 不等房价下跌
2. 买single family home， 尽量不买Townhouse/Condon
3. 死捂 （坚决不卖)
4. 买好区优质地产 ，白玉房
5. 投资房买到自己住的地方，退休房买到儿女住的地方 （实在不行买到 面朝大海春暖花开的Florida）
6. 多生娃， 少种树 ！
7. 积累一定程度要利用1031 Exchange 从小地主 （事必躬亲）转变成 investor （躺着数钱）
7. 投资房产是手段 不是目的！ 目的是 Enjoy life ！Be Happy 加油
