买房求助-现在又后悔了...

买房求助.

我们因为工作的原因要搬家去外州. 去目的地几次看房子. 看好一个11年新的房子, 我很喜欢. LG一般. 再三商量之后, 我们给了一个OFFER. 几次OFFER, COUNTER OFFER之后, 我们僵住了. 现在我们的出价和他们的价钱差6000. LG不愿退步,卖方也不愿退步(他们的房子上市有250天了). 我们的AGENT也说我们不应该在迁就, we should give ourselves a break and then make a decision. 我们所以就拒绝了再COUNTER BACK. 可是我现在有些失望. 主要是我们马上要回国看父母, 本来想走之前把房子的事定下来, 还有我看房子也看烦了, 看到一个喜欢的也不容易. 我想给AGENT打电话, 加上这$6000 to get it over with...
大家帮我出出主意吧, 实在头疼.
