急问：出租房全屋堵了，可clean-out在屋顶上，水管工说可以通而且同时接线弄个新clean-out到后院，

包括通管，要至少700以上了，值得弄吗？还是就先在屋顶通就行了，要2个人弄机器上去，也要大概3-4百。
