那么你应该去告维护树的专业公司。HOA又不是树的专家，他们只要听专家意见就不负责任。

为什么找专业公司？不但是办事，还是规避责任。我的房子出问题，我都是找有执照的人去修，不是我不会修，而是万一出了事我有垫背的。

空房子的时候我自己去修，反正房客也看不见。
