遇到这事我们还真没办法了

 

现在我一个房子空出来了， 是租给几个越站老兵
其中付房租的老兵上个月去世了， 他给我们付房租是自动付款
我们tried to stop the payment. 但他是单身， 他不是美国人。 他没有Power of Attorny.

我们两边的银行都跑了， 他的战友也试着stop the payment.

都不成功，那就意味着， 我们一直要收到死者的房租until all the money is withdrawn from his bank account.

到头没人认领的话， 我只能说是SAM大叔给我们发救济了
