房客要求自己在backyard挂灯，需要在外墙打一些钉子挂钩什么的。新房，stucco 外墙。我打算要求以下三条。请教有什么还需要注意的吗？

2. At tenants' own risk

3. Tenants to restore to the original status and/or fix the stucco before departure
