reports as a licensed loan officer. HELOC is not reported as a Mortgage Loan but as revolving credit. Although HELOC is a home equity line, it behaves more like a credit card. Only charge interest for the withdrawn portion. If withdraw a full significant amount (thus causing a huge shift in credit usage), it could hit hard on the credit score.
