事情越做越多。橱柜下漏水问题，请了一个美国人，好像是中南美洲来的吧

明明说好5百块钱把橱柜底板打开找到漏水原因，结果他只打开了离sink远的那一边（开始的确水从那边出来，但我说了地板都得打开看，包括corner），就走人了，也不和我见面。付了250 deposit, 如果处理不了真正问题，决定不付剩下的了。

自己把水池下的地板打开了，发现很多积水，污物，也有不少drain flies。打开水龙头后发现水从水池下的墙底部流出来。这个是不是问题很大啊？
