保险公司最多愿意出多少钱给租户？

有一个房子放到市场上有三周了，没有合适地租客。刚收到一个中介信息，问愿不愿意签6个月的租约，之后是month to month, 原因是一家人damaged house, and insurance company is paying the rent and premium. 

本不想租给短租，麻烦死了。但最近靠近节日，想想半年以后是好出租的季节，也是个不错的选择。

但不知道保险公司一般能付多少钱？
