This is an land. It was sold at an auction held by the county because the previous owner passed away with 3 years taxes unpaid, and his heirs did not pay them either. The current seller bought it. I noticed the taxes on this land are all paid off per the county record. The title is still under the previous owner, but the "map" shows current seller is the owner. The seller sells this land on-line.

Where can I find an attoney? how much may it cost? Where can I buy the title insurance? How can I get a title at the county?

I greatly appreciate it.
