这个你没办过你不知道，在中国交的税大概5-6%吧

说是持有过了5年的，税可以选择 5% 房价或者 20% 的增值。增值部分太大了，中介就帮选了 5% 房价。到底是几我记不清了，反正到美国去掉foreign tax credit 还是要交许多税。州税还不能去掉 foreign tax credit
