今年涨租金6280

看起来挺多，百分比还是一般。 能涨的都涨了。只有2个困难户保留month to month 还没涨。

明年把剩下几个到期的都涨了。换租户是痛苦，但是换完后，租金提高，房子像重生一样获得了新的价值。
