I do not know if you remember me but I was a previous tenant of your home .There was an eviction that was filed for possession of the property and you took possession back of the home. The eviction that was filed and possession judgement is preventing me from getting a home for my family. If it is possible, can you please contact the attorney that you filed it with and ask him to file a dismissal with the courts? I need to have this case dismissed or I will never be able to rent a home for my family again. I spoke with the attorneys office and they said that they need confirmation from you to be able to file a dismissal. I have informed them that I will cover the cost to reopen and file the dismissal.
