出租房，Garbage disposal, 要还是不要？

刚走的这个房客才住了一年半garbage disposal就弄坏了。是60年代修建的老townhouse，有在考虑干脆取了不再装这个机器，因为google上有人说出租房不用这个更好，太容易坏了。但打听到我们这个社区所有其它的units都有这个disposal。所以如果我这家不用，会不会对找租客有影响？
