处理出租屋的香烟味，请问大家有什么好办法吗？

房子己经全部重新油漆过，地毯重新换过，所有房间请专业公司深度清洁过，空调等filters也己换过。

原来的老租户住了十多年了，总是偷着在地下室吸烟。

己有新的租客表示感兴趣，因为全部设施都更新过。只是觉得有点烟味lingering。说是希望处理一下，一周后签合同。

大家有什么好的办法，在几天内消除这种香烟味呢？
