Actually it won't save seller's commission, seller's agent..

will get the full 6 or 5% if buyer share the same seller's agent, if the state regulation allows.  If it doesn't the seller's agent sometime uses someone else from his/her agency to represent the buyer.  Of course this is benificial to the seller's agent's agency.
