德州的自住房再也没有机会做HELOC了

我一年前做了Refi+cash out; 15 year fixed with Rate 2.14%; 在咨询Heloc（用于买投资房）事宜过程中，才发现得州有特殊条款（A6)只要一次Cash out ；永远不能申请Heloc；这么低的利率我也不想repeat refi+ cash out; then the equity of my primary house can never be utilized until I sell my house? 请教各位前辈，有什么办法吗？
